Ordering Process
Personalizing your Wooden Seed Pencil is as simple as uploading your logo or image in the file upload area. If your print file isn’t ready yet, you can email it to info@makeyourtag.com with your order number.
Once your order is placed, our graphic team will prepare your image in PC format and send it to you via email or WhatsApp for approval. We’ll only proceed with printing after receiving your go-ahead.
Printing Information
The printing technique used for your product—whether UV print, screen printing, or pad printing—depends on the quantity and design. If you have a specific printing type in mind, feel free to reach out to our representatives.
You can submit your designs in various formats, including JPG, AI, PSD, PDF, PNG, EPS, TIF, etc. Don’t have a design? No problem! Our team can add text and images for you.
Production and Delivery Information
Please allow 10-15 business days for production. However, do note that these times are not definite and may extend depending on our product stocks and the shipping company.
Ensure you enter your contact information accurately when placing an order. As custom printed orders are made specifically for you, they are not refundable. Except for manufacturing defects, no returns or cancellations are accepted.
