Our printing techniques include UV print, screen printing, and pad printing. The choice of technique depends on the design and quantity of your order. If you have a specific printing type in mind, feel free to consult our representatives. We accept design files in formats like JPG, AI, PSD, PDF, PNG, EPS, TIF, and similar. If you don’t have a design, our team can help you create one with text and images. 🎨

Production and Delivery Information:

Our production time is typically 1-3 business days, and delivery takes about 2-4 business days. That means you can expect your personalized products within 3-7 business days. Please note, these times may vary depending on the courier company and product stock. For dark color prints, the production time may extend to 4-6 business days. When placing your order, ensure your contact information is accurate. As these orders are custom printed for you, they are non-refundable and cannot be returned or cancelled, unless there’s a manufacturing defect. 🚚

Things to Consider:

Please remember, our plastic ballpoint pens are not suitable for washing. You can clean them by wiping with a wet cloth. Due to the nature of the plastic material, color variations are normal, and exact color matching may not be possible. The background color may affect the color of the image, but we aim to achieve approximately 90-95% color accuracy. Please note, there may be color deviations in subsequent orders due to variations in plastic tone and printing machine settings. Returns are not accepted for printed products unless a manufacturing defect is present. 📝
