Customization Process:
- Upload your logo or image directly on our site for a truly personalized pencil case.
- If your design isn’t ready, simply email it to info@makeyourtag.com along with your order number once it’s complete.
- Our talented graphic team will then prepare a digital mock-up of your design for your approval before printing 🎨.
Printing Information:
- The maximum print area for the pencil case is 13.5×6.5 cm. For larger prints or full background prints, additional fees may apply. Please consult with our customer representatives for more details.
- The printing technique will be chosen by our specialists based on your design and quantity. We accept designs in JPG, AI, PSD, PDF, PNG, EPS, TIF formats, and can also add text and images for you if needed.
Production and Delivery Information:
- Expect a production time of 1-3 business days and a delivery time of 2-4 business days. For dark-colored prints, the production time extends to 4-6 business days.
- Please ensure your contact information is accurate when placing an order.
- As these are custom printed orders, no returns are accepted unless there are manufacturing defects.
Product Weight / Volume Information:
Depending on their volume, products may be shipped in sacks.
Important Notes:
- As this product is handmade, slight variations in dimensions are to be expected.
- This product is not suitable for washing and should be cleaned by wiping with a damp cloth.
- Due to the fabric nature of the printed area, color variations are normal and exact color matching is not possible. We aim for approximately 90-95% color accuracy.
