• If your design isn’t ready, simply email it to info@makeyourtag.com along with your order number.
• Our talented graphic team will then create a digital version of your design and send it to you for approval. Once you’re happy, we’ll start the printing process. 🎨

Printing Information:

Here’s what you need to know about our printing process:

• The maximum print area size is 8×11 cm. For larger prints or full background printing (which might require more than 0.5 cc of ink), additional charges may apply. If you’re unsure, our customer service team is here to help. 🖨️
• The printing technique (digital, screen, dtf, or transfer printing) is chosen by our specialist based on your design and quantity. If you prefer a specific method, please consult with our team.
• We accept designs in formats like JPG, AI, PSD, PDF, PNG, EPS, TIF, and more. If you don’t have a design, don’t worry! Our team can help create one for you. 📐

Production and Delivery:

Here’s what to expect after you’ve placed your order:

• Production time is typically 1-3 business days, with delivery taking an additional 2-4 business days. For prints on dark colors, production time extends to 4-6 business days. Please note, these times may vary based on courier services and product availability. 🚚
• Make sure to provide accurate contact information when placing your order.
• As these bags are customized just for you, we cannot accept returns or cancellations, except in cases of manufacturing defects. 🚫

Important Notes:

• Due to hand stitching, slight variations in measurements are possible.
• These bags are not suitable for washing. To clean, simply wipe with a damp cloth. 🧽
• Color variations are normal due to the fabric nature of the printed area. Exact color matching is not possible, but we strive for approximately 90-95% color accuracy. Please note, subsequent orders may have slight color discrepancies due to fabric tone and printing machine settings. 🌈
