Your design can be printed using UV printing, screen printing, or pad printing. The printing technique is selected based on the quantity and design. If you have a specific printing type in mind, feel free to consult our representatives. We accept designs in formats such as JPG, AI, PSD, PDF, PNG, EPS, TIF, and more. Don’t have a design? No worries, our team can create one for you!
Production and Delivery Information:
Your customized pen will be ready for dispatch within 1-3 business days and will reach you within 2-4 business days. However, these timelines may vary based on the courier company and our stock availability. For prints on dark colors, the production time is 4-6 business days. Please ensure that your contact information is accurate when placing an order. Kindly note, no returns are accepted for custom printed orders, unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Important Considerations:
Please avoid washing the pen. It can be cleaned by wiping with a wet cloth. As the printed area is plastic, color variations are normal and exact color matching is not possible. We assure you of approximately 90-95% color accuracy. There may be slight color deviations in subsequent orders due to variations in plastic tone and printing machine settings.
