- If your print file isn’t ready, just send it to info@makeyourtag.com with your order number.
- Our talented graphic team will then prepare a digital format of your image and send it to you for approval. Once approved, the printing process will commence.
Printing Information:
Our printing process is tailored to your design and order size. Here’s what you need to know:
- For A4 pricing, the maximum print area size is 20.5×28 cm. Larger print areas or full background printing may incur an additional fee.
- Our team will decide on the best printing technique for your design, whether it’s digital printing, screen printing, dtf, or transfer printing.
- We accept designs in formats such as JPG, AI, PSD, PDF, PNG, EPS, TIF, and more. If you don’t have a design, our team can add text and images for you.
Production and Delivery Information:
Here’s what to expect for production and delivery times:
- Production time: 1-3 business days. Delivery time: 2-4 business days. Total: 3-7 business days. Please note, these times may vary depending on our product stocks and the courier company. For prints on dark colors, the production time is 4-6 business days.
- Please ensure your contact information is accurate when placing an order.
- Please note, we do not accept returns for custom printed orders, except in the case of manufacturing defects.
