- The maximum print area on the pencil case is 13.5×6.5 cm. For larger or full background prints, additional charges may apply. Please consult our customer service team for details.
- We employ various printing techniques, including digital, screen printing, dtf, and transfer printing, depending on the design and quantity.
- We accept design files in formats such as JPG, AI, PSD, PDF, PNG, EPS, TIF, and more. If you don’t have a design, our team can assist you.
Production and Delivery:
- Production time typically ranges from 1-3 business days, and delivery takes an additional 2-4 business days. Please note, these times may vary depending on the courier and product availability.

- Please note, we do not accept returns for custom printed orders unless there are manufacturing defects.
