Customization Process:

Upload your logo or image for printing on the pencil case directly from the file upload area.
If your print file isn’t ready yet, simply send it to info@makeyourtag.com along with your order number.
Once your order is placed, our talented graphic team will prepare your design and send it to you for approval via email or WhatsApp. We’ll proceed with the printing process once we receive your approval.

Printing Details:

The maximum print area size for the pencil case is 10×5 cm. For larger print areas or full background prints, additional charges may apply.
The printing technique (digital, screen, dtf, or transfer printing) will be chosen by our specialist, based on the design and quantity. If you prefer a specific method, please consult our representatives.
Submit your designs in formats such as JPG, AI, PSD, PDF, PNG, EPS, TIF, and similar. If you don’t have a design, our team can assist in creating one for you.

Production and Delivery:

Production time is typically 1-3 business days, with delivery taking an additional 2-4 business days. Please note, these timeframes may vary depending on the courier company and product availability. For prints on dark colors, production time is 4-6 business days.
