📥 Order Process:

• Upload your logo or image directly on the site for it to be printed on the pencil case.
• If your print file isn’t ready, simply email it to info@makeyourtag.com and include your order number.
• Once your order is placed, our graphic team will prepare the design and send it to you via email or WhatsApp for approval. Upon your approval, the printing process will commence.

🖨️ Printing Information:

• The maximum print area size on the pencil case is 13.5×6.5 cm. For larger print areas, an additional fee will apply. Full background printing (which requires more than 0.5 cc of paint) also incurs an additional fee. If you’re unsure about your design, our customer representatives are here to help.
• The printing technique used (digital printing, screen printing, dtf, or transfer printing) is determined by the quantity and design of your order. If you prefer a specific printing type, please reach out to our representatives for more information.
• We accept designs in JPG, AI, PSD, PDF, PNG, EPS, TIF, and similar formats. If you don’t have a design, our team can add text and images for you.

⏱️ Production and Delivery Information:

• The production time is typically 1-3 business days, with delivery taking an additional 2-4 business days. Please note, these times are estimates and may vary depending on shipping company schedules and our current stock levels. Prints on darker colors may require a longer production time of 4-6 business days.
• Ensure your contact information is accurate when placing an order.
• No returns are accepted for custom printed orders as these are made specifically for you. Exceptions are made for manufacturing defects.

📦 Product Weight / Volume Information:

• Depending on their volume, products may be shipped in sacks.

📌 Things to Note:

• As each product is hand-sewn, slight variations in dimensions are to be expected.
• The pencil case is not suitable for washing. For cleaning, simply wipe with a damp cloth.
• Color changes are normal due to the fabric print area. Exact color matching is not guaranteed. The beige background may alter the color of the image slightly, however, we aim for a 90-95% color accuracy
