How to Order:
- Customize: Upload your logo or image for printing on the clutch bag in the file upload area
- Send Later: If your print file isn’t ready yet, simply email it to info@makeyourtag.com along with your order number
- Approval: After ordering, our graphic team will prep your image and send it to you via email or WhatsApp for approval. Once approved, we’ll proceed with printing
Printing Details:
- Print Area: The maximum print area on the clutch bags is 8×4 cm. Larger print areas and full background printing (using more than 0.5 cc of ink) are subject to additional fees. Uncertain about your design? Our customer service team is here to help!
- Print Techniques: Depending on the design and quantity, we use digital, screen, dtf, or transfer printing. If you have a preference, please discuss it with our representatives
- File Formats: We accept designs in JPG, AI, PSD, PDF, PNG, EPS, TIF, and similar formats. No design? No problem! Our team can add text and images for you
Production & Delivery:
- Timeframes: Production takes 1-3 business days, with delivery in an additional 2-4 business days. For prints on dark colors, production takes 4-6 business days. Please note these times can vary depending on courier services and stock availability
- Contact Information: Please ensure your contact information is accurate when placing an order
- Returns: As these orders are custom made, we cannot accept returns unless there is a manufacturing defect
