Order Process:

Customizing your canvas bag is as easy as 1, 2, 3!👇

• Step 1: Upload your logo or image to be printed on the canvas bag from the file upload area.
• Step 2: If your print file is not ready yet, simply send it to info@makeyourtag.com with your order number.
• Step 3: Once your order is placed, our graphic team will prepare a digital format of your image and send it to your email or WhatsApp for approval. After your approval, the printing process will continue.

Printing Information:

• Print Size: For A4 pricing, the maximum print area size is 6.5×8.5 cm. Please note, additional charges may apply for larger print areas or full background printing (for jobs that require more than 0.5 cc of ink). If you’re unsure about your design, our customer representatives are ready to assist you.👥
• Print Method: The printing method varies between digital printing, screen printing, dtf, or transfer printing, and is chosen based on quantity and design. If you have a specific printing method in mind, please consult with our representatives.
• Design Format: We accept designs in JPG, AI, PSD, PDF, PNG, EPS, TIF, or similar formats. If you don’t have a design, our team can add text and images for you.🖼️

Production and Delivery Information:

• Timeline: Expect a production time of 1-3 business days and a delivery time of 2-4 business days. Please note, these times are not definite and may vary based on courier company and product availability. For prints on dark colors, production time is 4-6 business days, and delivery time is 2-4 business days.⏳
