Customization Process:
- Upload your logo or image to be printed directly on the canvas bag from the file upload area.
- If your print file isn’t ready, simply email it to info@makeyourtag.com with your order number.
- Our talented graphic team will prepare your image and send you a proof via email or WhatsApp for your approval before printing.
Printing Details:
- For A4 pricing, the maximum print area size is 20.5×28 cm. Larger print areas and full background printing may incur an additional fee.
- The print technique (digital printing, screen printing, dtf, or transfer printing) will be chosen based on the design and quantity.
- We accept designs in JPG, AI, PSD, PDF, PNG, EPS, TIF formats. If you don’t have a design, our team can assist with adding text and images.
Production & Delivery:
- Production time: 1-3 business days. Delivery: 2-4 business days. For prints on dark colors, production time extends to 4-6 business days.
- Please provide accurate contact information when placing an order.
- Please note: We cannot accept returns for custom printed orders, unless there are manufacturing defects.
