Our graphic team will prepare a digital design for your approval via email or WhatsApp. Once approved, the printing process begins.

Here’s what you need to know about our printing process:

For A4 pricing, the maximum print area size is 20.5×28 cm. Larger print areas and full background printing may require an additional fee. Our customer representatives can help confirm if your design is full background.
We use a variety of printing techniques (digital, screen, dtf, or transfer) based on quantity and design. If you have a specific printing type in mind, please inquire with our representatives.
You can submit your designs in formats such as JPG, AI, PSD, PDF, PNG, EPS, TIF, and similar. If you don’t have a design, our team can add text and images for you.

Here’s what to expect for production and delivery times:

Production time is typically 1-3 business days, and delivery takes an additional 2-4 business days. For prints on dark colors, the production time is 4-6 business days. Please note, these times are not definite and may vary based on courier company and our product stocks.
Please ensure that your contact information is accurate when placing your order.
As each order is custom-made, we do not accept returns or cancellations, except in the case of manufacturing defects.
