- The maximum print area for A4 pricing is 10×14.5 cm. Larger print areas or full background prints may incur additional charges. If you’re unsure about your design, our customer service team is here to help.
- The printing technique (digital, screen, dtf, or transfer) is determined by our print team based on quantity and design. If you have a specific technique in mind, please reach out to our representatives.
- We accept designs in JPG, AI, PSD, PDF, PNG, EPS, TIF, and similar formats. If you lack a design, our team can assist with text and image placement.
Production and Delivery Information 🚚:
- Production time typically ranges from 1-3 business days, with delivery taking an additional 2-4 business days. Please note that these times are not guaranteed and may vary based on shipping company and product stock status. For prints on dark colors, production time extends to 4-6 business days.
- Ensure all contact information is correctly entered when placing an order.
- Please note that due to the custom nature of these orders, returns are not accepted.
