Product Features:

Our Black Gabardine Zippered Bag is a chic and practical choice for your personal or business needs. Each bag measures approximately 35×40 cm, though please note that due to hand sewing, there may be slight differences of +/- 1cm in measurements. The bag is crafted from 100% cotton in a rich black color, using 200gr gabardine fabric (swatch code 28). The bag features a zippered closure and a handle sewn from the same fabric for a seamless look. Please note that the bag is without a gusset and the handle length is 70 cm.

🎨 Customization Process:

Personalize your Black Gabardine Bag with your unique logo or image. Simply upload your design in the file upload area. If your print file isn’t ready yet, you can email it to info@makeyourtag.com with your order number. Once we receive your order and design, our graphic team will prepare the design and send it to you via email or WhatsApp for your approval. Printing will proceed after your confirmation.

For the black bag, the maximum print area size is 13.5x18cm. Larger print areas and full background prints may require an additional fee. The printing technique (digital, screen printing, dtf, or transfer printing) is decided by our printing technician based on quantity and design. Design formats accepted include JPG, AI, PSD, PDF, PNG, EPS, TIF, and similar. If you don’t have a design, our team can add text and images for you.

⏰ Production & Delivery:

Production time is typically 1-3 business days, with delivery taking an additional 2-4 business days. Please note that for dark color prints, the production time is extended to 4-9 business days. Ensure to provide accurate contact information when placing an order. As these are custom printed orders, they are non-refundable and non-returnable, unless there is a manufacturing defect.

📦 Product Weight/Volume:

300 pieces of our 35×40 gabardine fabric bags fit in one box (60x40x40), which weighs 24.30 kg. Products are shipped in sacks according to volume.

🔎 Important Notes:

Please remember that due to hand sewing, there may be slight differences in measurements. The bags are not suitable for washing and should be cleaned by wiping with a damp cloth. As the printed area is fabric, color variations are normal and exact color matching is not possible. Approximately 90-95% color accuracy can be achieved. Subsequent orders may have color discrepancies due to fabric tone and printing machine settings.
