- Our graphic team will then prepare a design and send it to you for approval via email or WhatsApp.

- The maximum print area size is 13.5×6.5 cm. Larger print areas and full background prints can be accommodated for an additional fee.
- Our printing specialists will select the best printing technique for your design. If you prefer a specific method, please consult our representatives.
- We accept designs in formats such as JPG, AI, PSD, PDF, PNG, EPS, TIF. If you don’t have a design, our team can create one for you.
⏰ Production and Delivery Information:
- Production time is typically 1-3 business days, with delivery taking an additional 2-4 business days. For dark-colored prints, production may take 4-6 business days.
- Ensure your contact information is accurate when placing your order.
- Please note that custom printed orders cannot be returned or canceled, except in the case of manufacturing defects.
