If your print file isn’t ready, simply send it to info@makeyourtag.com with your order number. Our talented graphic team will prepare your design and send a preview to your email or WhatsApp for approval. Once we receive your approval, we’ll proceed with the printing process. 🖨️
Printing Information:
Our A4 pricing corresponds to a maximum print area of 20.5×28 cm. For larger print areas or full background printing (jobs requiring more than 0.5 cc of ink), an additional fee will apply. If you’re unsure about your design, our customer representatives are here to assist. We accept designs in JPG, AI, PSD, PDF, PNG, EPS, TIF, and similar formats. If you don’t have a design, our team can create text and images for you. 📏
Production and Delivery Information:
Production time typically ranges from 1-3 business days, with delivery taking an additional 2-4 business days. You can expect to receive your products within a total of 3-7 business days. Please note, these times are not definite and may be extended depending on the courier company and our product stocks. For prints on dark colors, production time is 4-6 business days, with delivery taking an additional 2-4 business days. Please ensure to enter your contact information accurately when placing an order. 🚚
Please note, as these are custom printed orders, no returns are accepted unless there are manufacturing defects. Each order is made specifically for you, so we cannot accept returns or cancellations, except in cases of manufacturing defects.
